Technical Advocate
About Dragonfly
Dragonfly is a high-performance, Redis-compatible in-memory data store built for real-time, large-scale, intelligent workloads. Our customers run Dragonfly at the core of ML feature stores, personalization systems, recommendations, and other real-time intelligent workloads where latency, scale, and are critical.
We’re building infrastructure for the next generation of ML and AI systems, and we need technical storytellers who can make that clear, compelling, and credible.
Role Overview
As a Technical Advocate, you’ll own how Dragonfly shows up to developers, ML platform teams, and infrastructure engineers. This role sits at the intersection of deep technical expertise, storytelling, and go-to-market impact.
You’ll create high-quality technical content, represent Dragonfly in the community, and act as a trusted technical voice, both externally with developers and internally with sales and product.
This is not a “content marketer” role. It’s a technical advocacy role with real ownership and real impact on pipeline.

- Strong background in distributed systems, databases, infrastructure, or ML platforms
- Comfort engaging with senior engineers and ML platform teams

- Experience speaking publicly (talks, webinars, meetups) or a strong desire to do so
